Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and facility management protocols for the weekend shift, including security checks and access control.
- Process incoming mail, applications, and official government documents with high attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to citizen inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during business hours on weekends.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and generate maintenance reports to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with department heads to prepare reports and briefings for the upcoming Monday morning operations.
- Assist in the preparation of public records and administrative filings required by state regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Public Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations.
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work a rotating weekend schedule, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
