Responsibilities
- Process and catalog public records requests during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Verify document authenticity and redact sensitive information per state regulations
- Maintain digital and physical record-keeping systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with weekday teams for urgent cross-departmental requests
- Train citizens on records access procedures via phone/in-person consultations
- Generate weekly compliance reports for the City Clerk's Office
- Support disaster recovery protocols for vital municipal documents
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in government records management or archival systems
- Proficiency with Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) and HIPAA compliance
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, SharePoint, Access)
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for off-site document retrieval)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate multi-story record storage facilities
