Responsibilities
- Accurately process and archive sensitive public records in compliance with Florida Sunshine Laws
- Manage document retrieval requests from city departments and authorized citizens
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for classified municipal information
- Coordinate weekend shift handovers with weekday records management team
- Utilize specialized records management software and digital archiving systems
- Conduct regular audits of weekend document processing workflows
- Support emergency document access protocols during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years records management or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional document retrieval)
- Ability to pass federal background check and security clearance
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6am-2pm)
