Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume traffic and customer service inquiries during weekend operations.
- Process government documents, applications, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist constituents with navigating city services and resolving complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and operational logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local government regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or government operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
