Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and virtual public services to Houston residents during weekend hours
- Process critical state applications, permits, and documentation with precision
- Provide accurate information on state programs, regulations, and resources
- Maintain secure digital and physical records following state compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex constituent inquiries
- Support weekend community outreach events and public service initiatives
- Utilize state-of-the-art digital platforms for service delivery and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or public sector experience
- Strong proficiency in digital service platforms and office software
- Excellent communication skills with diverse populations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Knowledge of Texas state regulations and procedures preferred
