Responsibilities
- Provide in-person assistance to citizens for state program applications, permits, and documentation
- Manage weekend appointment scheduling and customer intake procedures
- Process and verify critical public service documentation with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Maintain strict compliance with state privacy regulations and data security protocols
- Conduct outreach to underserved communities during weekend hours
- Prepare detailed service reports and operational feedback for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service or public sector experience
- Proficiency in bilingual communication (English/Spanish required)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on weekends
- Proficient in MS Office suite and state service databases
- Pass background check including fingerprint clearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Knowledge of California state programs and services preferred
