Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years professional security experience
- Valid DC Security Officer License (DSOL)
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- Proficient with CCTV systems and access control technology
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- U.S. citizenship and clean driving record
