Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registration renewals and driver's license applications during weekend operational hours
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, in-person, and digital channels
- Maintain accurate digital records using state database systems
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies for documentation verification
- Support weekend community outreach events and safety awareness programs
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with weekend facility security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and state databases
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Bilingual English/Spanish required (written and verbal)
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
