Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with federal, state, and local regulations during weekend operations
- Conduct audits and inspections of facilities across Charlotte, NC and Georgia regions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and documentation for regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during weekend enforcement activities
- Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate weekend response protocols
- Train personnel on compliance procedures and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of weekend shift activities and incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in government compliance or law enforcement
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to pass background check and security clearance
