- Manage citizen inquiries and provide accurate information across multiple state services
- Coordinate weekend operations for critical state departments including Health & Human Services and Transportation
- Maintain digital records and ensure compliance with state confidentiality protocols
- Collaborate with weekend emergency response teams for urgent public service matters
- Support weekend facility operations including security protocols and visitor management
- Prepare weekly operational reports for weekday handover procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years customer service experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state service databases
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Basic understanding of Texas state agency procedures
- Must pass background check and drug screening
