Responsibilities

- Supervised inmate movement and program participation
- Collaborate with healthcare and mental health staff
- Operate security systems and emergency equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid New Mexico Corrections Officer certification
- Minimum 1 year security/corrections experience
- Pass background check and physical fitness assessment
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- U.S. citizenship and clean driving record
