- Manage veteran benefit applications and documentation with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate weekend on-call support for urgent veteran inquiries
- Maintain secure federal databases and compliance records
- Process electronic submissions and correspondence using VA systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend project milestones
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for weekend submissions
- Support weekend outreach events for veteran services
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal security clearance eligibility
- 3+ years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency with VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Knowledge of federal records management protocols (FISMA)
- Excellent written communication skills for veteran correspondence
- Valid Virginia driver's license for occasional travel
