- Manage citizen inquiries and service requests during weekend shifts via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Process critical permits, licenses, and municipal documents with precision and compliance
- Maintain digital records using government software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Coordinate weekend facility operations and emergency response protocols
- Support public meetings and community events on weekends as required
- Prepare weekly operational reports for weekday handover continuity
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and government document management systems
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain Texas Notary Public certification within 90 days
- Clear background check and fingerprinting for public sector clearance
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
