Responsibilities
- Manage weekend administrative workflows across multiple city departments
- Process public records requests with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate emergency response documentation and inter-agency communications
- Operate specialized government software systems (e.g., CMIS, PERM)
- Conduct quality assurance checks on weekend-generated reports
- Support public-facing weekend services at city facilities
- Maintain accurate departmental records and audit trails
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years government administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Ohio Notary Public certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Ohio driver's license required
- Clear background check and security clearance
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
