Responsibilities
- Manage citizen inquiries and service requests during weekend shifts via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Process and document public records, permits, and administrative paperwork with strict compliance protocols
- Coordinate weekend facility operations including security, maintenance, and event logistics
- Prepare comprehensive weekend activity reports and operational summaries for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure continuity of critical government services

Qualifications
