Responsibilities
- Process and verify citizen documentation with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage caseload of weekend emergency assistance requests
- Conduct eligibility assessments for public programs

- Generate detailed case reports using proprietary systems
- Participate in weekend community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years government/social services experience
- Proficiency with CaseWorks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid California driver's license
- Clear DOJ/FBI background clearance
- Spanish language proficiency required
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
