Responsibilities
- Process and maintain official municipal records with strict confidentiality protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Coordinate weekend document management and filing systems
- Assist with public records requests and compliance documentation
- Support cross-departmental operations during weekend hours
- Manage office communications and scheduling for weekend staff
- Prepare weekend activity reports for Monday morning handover
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 1 year government or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping software
- Ability to obtain Florida Public Records certification
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for departmental duties)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 6 PM)
