Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to citizen inquiries, service requests, and emergency dispatches during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for weekend infrastructure maintenance and public safety operations
- Process administrative documentation, permits, and compliance reports with precision
- Conduct field inspections for public facilities, parks, and transportation systems
- Implement emergency protocols during weekend incidents and natural events
- Maintain accurate digital records using municipal software systems
- Facilitate public meetings and community outreach events on weekends
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years government or municipal service experience
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and municipal record-keeping systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend scenarios
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
