- Document incidents through detailed reports and digital evidence management systems
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during multi-agency operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in criminal justice preferred
- Minimum 2 years of public safety or security experience
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts in diverse environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
