Responsibilities
- Analyze state compliance data and generate weekend shift reports
- Process citizen inquiries via weekend hotline (9am-5pm Sat/Sun)
- Coordinate with agency directors for urgent weekend operations
- Maintain secure digital records following state protocols
- Train weekend shift staff on updated procedures
- Conduct field inspections as scheduled on weekends
- Submit weekly compliance summaries to department heads
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3 years relevant government experience
- Texas residency required at time of hire
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience with Texas state databases (e.g., TexAIS)
