Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume documents and data entry requests during weekend shifts.
- Provide accurate information and support to state agency stakeholders and the general public.
- Ensure strict adherence to state privacy laws and administrative regulations.
- Prepare and submit weekly operational reports and statistical summaries.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to resolve cross-shift issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a government, public sector, or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
