Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along an assigned city route daily
- Safely operate USPS vehicles in compliance with regulations
- Sort and organize mail efficiently for timely delivery
- Process customer transactions at post offices and collection boxes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and reports
- Adhere to all USPS safety and security protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to community members
Qualifications
- US citizenship or legal permanent residency
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong physical stamina for all-weather outdoor work
- Basic computer literacy for mail processing systems
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
