Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Systems, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in foresight or innovation planning
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in regulated industries
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and neuromorphic hardware
