Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 AI Vision and strategic roadmap for the organization.
- Oversee the research and implementation of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Identify emerging AI technologies (e.g., Neural Networks, Transformer Models) and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for advanced AI deployment.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep understanding of current AI trends, specifically regarding the trajectory toward 2026.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
