Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructures: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems for deep learning and quantum machine learning workloads.
- Optimize Quantum Algorithms: Develop and refine quantum algorithms that solve complex optimization problems beyond the reach of classical computing.
- Integrate Neural Interfaces: Create seamless bridges between human cognition and machine intelligence using advanced BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) protocols.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Guide a team of engineers in defining the roadmap for 2026 technologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and future-proofing our solutions.
- Enhance Model Efficiency: Reduce computational overhead and latency in AI models deployed on edge devices and quantum processors.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree (Masterβs or PhD): In Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Quantum Knowledge: Hands-on experience with quantum simulation frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, high-level problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
