- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-gen innovations
- Present tech visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Anticipate global regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Mentor junior futurists in technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in future technology planning
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Clearance for DoD/NASA-level tech innovation projects preferred
