Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in partnership with MIT, Stanford, and NASA
- Translate complex scientific concepts into viable commercial applications
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Secure $10M+ in government/private funding for future-tech incubation
- Mentor next-generation engineers through our FutureTech Fellowship program
- Pioneer patent portfolios in quantum-resistant cryptography and bio-digital interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 5+ years in strategic tech leadership at FAANG or equivalent innovation hub
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic AI
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
