- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive adoption of carbon-negative blockchain architectures for global supply chains
- Present future-vision blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital consortiums

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years of R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling from prototype to enterprise-level tech deployments
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience securing federal grants for moonshot technology initiatives ($5M+)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting technology launches
