Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 trend forecasts across technology, economics, and societal domains
- Design and execute scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional research teams to synthesize disparate data points into coherent future narratives
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging disruption vectors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for horizon scanning
- Quantify long-term risks and opportunities using advanced analytical modeling
- Present findings to global leadership with compelling data visualizations and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presentation experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional research teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or strategic foresight publications
