Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Tech Review & Harvard Business Review
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Monitor geopolitical and technological signals using proprietary Horizon Scan AI
- Present strategic briefings to board members and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026+ tech convergence (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/AFF) or similar
