Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic foresight reports analyzing tech convergence, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' initiatives prototyping AI, quantum computing, and biotech applications
- Advocate C-suite on emerging technology risks/opportunities through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Design corporate innovation frameworks integrating blockchain, AR/VR, and sustainable tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate future-readiness
- Mentor innovation teams on human-centered design and ethical technology implementation
- Deliver keynotes at global tech summaries positioning InnovateFuture as a thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology) and adoption curves
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Strong network of relationships with tech VCs, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
