Responsibilities
- Forecast socioeconomic and technological trends through 2030 using predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating post-2025 disruption in AI regulation, climate adaptation, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Build and maintain a proprietary database of emerging technologies with commercial viability assessments
- Advolve C-level stakeholders on paradigm shifts in consumer behavior, workforce dynamics, and geopolitical realignment
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and ethical foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of published trend forecasts with verifiable impact on business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy adaptation
