Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, sentient AI, bio-digital interfaces)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Translate futuristic concepts into viable business models with 5-year ROI projections
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Vision 2026' incubator program
- Monitor emerging tech trends through our proprietary 'Horizon Scanning' framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated futurist experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotechnology convergence
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology implications
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Futurist Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
