Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal information systems and networks.
- Conduct system analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal security regulations and protocols (NIST, FISMA).
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Active Top Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or defense contracting IT environments.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity best practices, and server administration.
- Ability to pass a rigorous background investigation, polygraph, and drug screening.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
