Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data across quantum computing, neurotech, and climate innovation to identify 2026-defining opportunities
- Develop and present scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives on future business disruption
- Lead rapid prototyping sprints using generative AI and immersive tech to visualize future solutions
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on societal and technological tipping points

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating complex future trends into commercial innovation for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with demonstrated success in executive-level future scenario presentations
- Portfolio showcasing published future trend analyses or scenario-planning frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile innovation environments
