Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies before market adoption
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen human-machine symbiosis
- Drive internal innovation through hackathons and future-focused workshops
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven moonshot delivery
- Published thought leader in emerging technology or futurism (TED talks, peer-reviewed journals)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, nanotech)
- Experience influencing global tech policy or standards bodies
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Forecasting or Strategic Foresight preferred
