Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop and execute proof-of-concept projects for futuristic applications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping in complex environments
- Strong network within venture capital and deep tech ecosystems
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business narratives
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Innovation
