  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for federal government employees via remote desktop and phone.
  • Manage and maintain hardware inventory, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.

  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
