Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for federal government systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols and regulations.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the CMDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software and security procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance (preferred) or ability to obtain.
- Experience with ITIL best practices and ticketing systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced government environment.
