Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints for prototype development
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and investors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features
- Curate and maintain Horizon Labs' trend intelligence database
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging tech implications (2020-2025)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
