- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Build scenario models for regulatory, ethical, and market shifts affecting 2026 commercialization
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for emerging tech scouting
- Present strategic futures narratives to investors and board members with compelling data visualization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with published foresight work
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling software
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation preferred
