Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to quantum computing, AGI integration, and climate resilience
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-digital transformation landscapes
- Produce trend intelligence reports synthesifying nanotech, biotech, and space economy convergence
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis protocols
- Advocate for future-proofing policies in regulatory sandboxes and legislative advisory boards
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy incubator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic foresight with Fortune 500 clients
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work on exponential technologies
- Expertise in systems modeling, scenario planning, and probabilistic forecasting
- Deep understanding of biotech, quantum, and climate-tech convergence points
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Strong presentation skills for C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major tech publications
