Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready frameworks into corporate strategy
- Present foresight findings to global stakeholders at industry summits and policy forums
- Build and mentor cross-functional innovation teams focused on long-term R&D
- Author white papers on the socio-economic impacts of next-gen technologies
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for pilot projects in autonomous systems and biotech
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation
- Published work on AI governance or quantum computing applications
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Experience securing federal grants for sustainable tech initiatives
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
