Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional foresight teams in identifying and validating emerging technological and societal trends through 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop predictive models for disruptive innovations using proprietary AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Architect strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across aerospace, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Present foresight findings at global innovation summits with 5,000+ stakeholder audiences
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budgets for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Mentor PhD fellows in futures research methodologies at our Austin Innovation Campus
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Sociology with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI governance frameworks
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals with minimum 3 citations
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Executive-level presentation skills with TEDx or Davos experience
- Security clearance for classified government innovation projects
