Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential for 2026+ markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, market intelligence, and academic research
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, technological, and environmental disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author annual 'Future Outlook' reports influencing product roadmaps and investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on long-term technological trends
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive modeling methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
