Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating future innovations into enterprise roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on long-term vision scenarios
- Produce predictive intelligence reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Design and manage innovation incubation programs for next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Ability to synthesize global data into actionable strategic recommendations
