Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ trend analysis reports covering AI, biotech, climate tech, and societal shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry based on future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or APF) strongly preferred
