Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (2026-2030)
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-forward concepts
- Present strategic briefings to investors and executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio performance
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or Web3
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from ideation to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
