Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and climate tech adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future trends into corporate strategy
- Produce scenario-based roadmaps for disruptive market shifts
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise
- Experience leading high-impact strategy sessions at enterprise level
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation
