Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, prioritizing quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and product strategists
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and industry thought leaders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven future-planning track record
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year technology predictions
